 At Sajani Spark, we aim to provide you with the best experience and quality in artificial jewellery. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Return:

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

A clear image of the received item must be emailed to: support@ecom.hinimax.com.

Earrings, nose rings, or other intimate jewellery items are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.

 Refund Process:

After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, refunds will be credited within 6–7 working days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. Send an email with photos to initiate the exchange.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued upon return approval.

 Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Do not send returns without prior approval from our support team.                                 

Important Return Conditions:

Product must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging.

No perfume, sweat, or signs of wear should be visible.

Returns without email approval will not be accepted.

Refund will not be processed if the product is found used or tampered with.
